Rescheduling. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. After that, the change will be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, which is non-transferable and cannot be applied to future appointments. No-Shows. Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from booking future appointments. Late Policy. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full value of your service. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to avoid overlapping with the next guest or may need to reschedule. To ensure the highest quality of service for every client, appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will be forfeited and late cancellation fee will be applied.
